Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LORSAI TRIBE CO. While we strive for customer satisfaction, we currently do not offer refunds on any of our products. However, we do offer exchanges under specific circumstances outlined below:

Exchange Eligibility:

Exchanges are only granted for items with verifiable manufacturing defects (e.g., sewing errors). We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing (please refer to our size chart before ordering), or normal wear and tear.
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept soiled or washed garments for exchange.
The exchange must be initiated and the item swapped before the delivery rider leaves your premises. Once the rider has departed, the sale is considered final.
You must notify us of your intent to exchange the item immediately upon receiving it and before the rider leaves.

Exchange Process:

Inspect your garment carefully upon delivery.
If you identify a manufacturing defect, notify the rider immediately and contact our customer service team at INSTAGRAM to explain the issue and initiate the exchange process. Provide clear photos of the defect.
The rider will wait while the exchange is processed.
If the exchange is approved, you can select a different item of equal or greater value.
If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
If the replacement item is of lower value, the remaining balance will be forfeited. No credit or refund will be issued for the difference.

Excluded Items:

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange:

Accessories
Swimwear
Intimate wear

Exchange Costs:

All costs associated with the exchange, including any additional shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. We cannot guarantee that the item you want in exchange will be in stock.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our exchange policy criteria.
